  • Home made brown breads 6 slice's

  • 1/4 cup shredded red bell pepper

  • 1/4cup shredded yellow bell pepper

  • 1/4cup shredded green bell pepper

  • 1/4 cup shredded onion

  • 1/4 cup shredded potato

  • 1/4 cup shredded beans

  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot

  • 2 tsp mixed herbs

  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp butter


  • Remove the crust from the breads. Flatten the breads using a rolling pin.
  • Cut the breads in round shape using cookie cutter(bigger one).
  • Spread the butter on the bread and press each round into mini muffin pan or tarts shell, buttered side down.
  • In a frying pan, add oil and once heated add all Veggies and saute it for 5mins.
  • Add the mixed herbs and chilli flakes into the mixture and mix well.
  • Now place the mixture into all bread shell.
  • Bake it in pre heated oven at 160℃ for 15 to 20 minutes,until its crisp and golden.
  • Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
