Remove the crust from the breads. Flatten the breads using a rolling pin.
Cut the breads in round shape using cookie cutter(bigger one).
Spread the butter on the bread and press each round into mini muffin pan or tarts shell, buttered side down.
In a frying pan, add oil and once heated add all Veggies and saute it for 5mins.
Add the mixed herbs and chilli flakes into the mixture and mix well.
Now place the mixture into all bread shell.
Bake it in pre heated oven at 160℃ for 15 to 20 minutes,until its crisp and golden.
Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
