Firstly take enough watef n boil macaroni till they are tender n cooked well
Drain out the excess water in a strainer n rinse the macaroni in cold water n keep aside in strainer .
Now make a paste of tomatoez garlic n green chillies.
Now heat oil.in a kadhai and saute onion & capsicum till onion is pinkish n capsu um has changed it colour.
Now add the dry spices n stir well cook till oil seperates.
Now add the tomato paste n cook on medium flame till u get nice thick paste of mixture.
Now add the macaronis n tomato sauce mix well n cook on low flame for 8_10 mins.
But keep stirring to avoid sticking at the base.
Garnish with coriander or spring onion
Serve hot.
