Boil the chole by giving it 4-5 whistles in the pressure cooker.
Take a wok and heat oil now add asofoetida, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, onion paste and roast them well.
Now add corriander powder, red chilly powder, roasted cumin powder and everest chole masala and roast it again for 5 minutes.
Now add tomato puree, and salt according to your taste.
Add chole and mix it well with the masala and now add water accordingly.
Now cover and cook for 10 minutes
Garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot with kulchas.
