Gooseberry Wine

Directions

• Wash all the gooseberries and cut each one into 4 pieces.
• Take a airtight container ,pour 1/2 liter of water and 100 gm sugar,pieces of cinnamon stick,2 cloves. Stir well, add gooseberry pieces .
• Keep the wine in a cool and dark area for minimum 40 days.
• After40 days separate gooseberry pieces from wine and it can be used after 2 days.
