Boil the peeled and cubed two colour sweet potatoes with salt.
Meanwhile preheat the oven to 170°C.
Apply some ghee on the casserole vessel and keep it ready.
Once the potatoes are boiled, separately mash them according to colour and keep aside.
Add milk, ghee, vanilla extract, cane sugar to the orange coloured mashed sweet potatoes and transfer them to the greased vessel as the base layer.
Apply the yellow coloured mashed sweet potatoes over it and press evenly on the vessel.
Crumble together all purpose flour 1/4 cup ghee, chopped almonds and pista together and sprinkle spread over the base
Bake at 170°C for 20-25 mins and serve as a main dish for parties.
