Ingredients

  • Sweet potato yellow 2 small


  • Sweet potato orange 1 big


  • Ghee 1/2 cup


  • Milk 1/4 cup


  • Cane sugar 1/2 cup


  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp


  • Salt 1 pinch


  • All purpose flour 1/2 cup


  • Chopped almonds 1 tbsp


  • Chopped pista 1 tbsp

Directions

  • Boil the peeled and cubed two colour sweet potatoes with salt.
  • Meanwhile preheat the oven to 170°C. Apply some ghee on the casserole vessel and keep it ready.
  • Once the potatoes are boiled, separately mash them according to colour and keep aside.
  • Add milk, ghee, vanilla extract, cane sugar to the orange coloured mashed sweet potatoes and transfer them to the greased vessel as the base layer.
  • Apply the yellow coloured mashed sweet potatoes over it and press evenly on the vessel.
  • Crumble together all purpose flour 1/4 cup ghee, chopped almonds and pista together and sprinkle spread over the base
  • Bake at 170°C for 20-25 mins and serve as a main dish for parties.
