Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Onion 3

  • Tomato 3

  • Cucumber 1

  • Cucumber fruit 1

  • Sweet potato 1

  • Stout brinjal 2

  • Green apple 2

  • Button Mushroom 4

  • Baby corn 1

  • Cooked rice 1 cup

  • Boiled potatoes 4

  • Ghee/melted butter 3 tbsp

  • Chilli flakes 2 tbsp

  • Mixed herbs 2 tsp

Directions

    Boil potatoes and mash them. Mix it with salt, pepper, chilli powder, garlic powder and keep ready.

    Take a oven friendly round pan ( any shape of your choice) and grease it with ghee/ melted butter.

    Apply the potato mixture as the base. Apply mildly salted mashed cooked rice over it.

    Sprinkle some chilli flakes and mixed herbs over the rice.

    Cut all the veggies in round shape and arrange them as a circle over the rice

    Keep mushroom and babycorn in the middle. Sprinkle grated cheese, chilli flakes, mixed herbs over it and pour ghee/ melted butter over it.

    Bake at 170°C for 25-30 mins. Serve as a one pot meal with ketchup
