Ingredients
Serves 2
Maoze flour 1 cup
Bajra flour 1 cup
Wheat flour 1/2cup
Salt 1 tsp or as per taste
Green chillies 2 finely chopped
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Hing 1 pinch
Ghee 2 to 4 tbsp for sauteeing
Directions
Mix all flours together
Add in the dry masalas
Add in hing
Add water and make a batter
The batter should not be too runny
Check seasoning
Heat a skillet
Pour a ladle of the batter and spread evenly on all sides
Add ghee on sides
When cooked on one side turn the side and cook till done
Serve with sauteed brinjals
