Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Maoze flour 1 cup


  • Bajra flour 1 cup


  • Wheat flour 1/2cup


  • Salt 1 tsp or as per taste


  • Green chillies 2 finely chopped


  • Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp


  • Hing 1 pinch


  • Ghee 2 to 4 tbsp for sauteeing

Directions

  • Mix all flours together
  • Add in the dry masalas
  • Add in hing
  • Add water and make a batter
  • The batter should not be too runny
  • Check seasoning
  • Heat a skillet
  • Pour a ladle of the batter and spread evenly on all sides
  • Add ghee on sides
  • When cooked on one side turn the side and cook till done
  • Serve with sauteed brinjals
