  • Wheat Flour -2 cup

  • Gram Flour -1/2 cup

  • Methi leaves chopped -2 cup

  • Carom Seeds -1tbsp

  • Cumin Seeds -1/2 tbsp

  • Grated Ginger -1tbsp

  • Green Chilli -2

  • Coriander leaves chopped -1/2 cup

  • Onion-1

  • Salt as per taste

  • Cooking Oil

    Chop the methi leaves, green chillies, onion and coriander leaves. Grate the ginger.

    Take wheat flour, gram flour, 2tbsp of oil, salt, carom seeds, cumin seeds, chopped methi leaves, chopped onions, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and grated ginger in a large bowl. Mix all very well and knead it in a soft dough by using sufficient water and apply little oil over it and cover it with a damp cloth and rest it for 15 minutes.

    After 15 minutes, knead it once more and divide it in equal portions . Take one loi and roll it like a chapati.

    Heat a tawa,put it on hot tawa, cook it from both sides and then apply some oil on both the sides. Cook it nicely till it become little crisp from both the sides by flipping it and then serve it hot.
