Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 250 grams tinda


  • 1 medium sized potato


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar


  • 1 teaspoon kitchen king madala


  • 1 teaspoon cumin_coriender powder


  • 1 teaspoon green chilly paste


  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste


  • 3 tablespoon oil


  • 1 teaspoon musterd_cumin seeds


  • 1/4 teaspoon asafetida


  • 1/4 teaspoon turmaric powder


  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriender


  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  • Wash the tinda and cut it into slices
  • Peel the potatoe and also cut it into slices
  • In a pan add oil heat it
  • Add mustard_cumin,asafetida and ginger_chilly paste
  • Add chopped Ronda,potatoes and mix well
  • Cover and cook for5 min.on low heat
  • Then add salt,sugar,kitchen king masala,cumin_coriander powder,turmeric powder and mix well
  • Cover and cook for another 5 min.till soft
  • Then add lemon juice and mix it
  • Serve it in serving dish and garnish with chopped coriander
