Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3/4 cups crumbled paneer


  • 1 tsp chili-garlic sauce


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1/4 cups chopped spring onions


  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour


  • 12 nos spring roll sheets


  • 2 tbsp water as required to make a paste


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste.

Directions

  • Heat the oil in a broad non -stick pan.
  • Add chopped spring onions and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  • Add chili -garlic paste, crumbled paneer and salt.
  • Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  • Transfer the filling into a bowl and keep aside to cool down.
  • Combine the plain flour and 1Tbsp of water in a bowl and mix well.
  • Now take the spring roll wrapper.Make sure that the wrappers are at room temperature before using them.
  • Place 1 tbsp of the paneer stuffing at one corner of the spring roll sheet .
  • Roll it up tightly starting from the end where the filling is placed to make a cigar.
  • Seal the edge of the spring roll sheet using a little of the plain flour water paste .
  • Repeat for the remaining sheets and dilking to make cigars.
  • Preheat airfryer at 200*c for 5 minutes.
  • Place prepared cigars into the air fryer basket and brush with little oil.
  • Cook cigars in airfryer for 10 minutes or until they are crisp and golden.
  • Serve hot with the dip of your choice.
