Crumbled paneer 3/4 cups
Chili-garlic sauce 1 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Chopped spring onions 1/4 cups
All purpose flour 1 tbsp
Spring roll sheets 12 nos
Water as required to make a paste 2 tbsp
Salt As per taste. 1 pinch
Heat the oil in a broad non -stick pan.
Add chopped spring onions and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.
Add chili -garlic paste, crumbled paneer and salt.
Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
Transfer the filling into a bowl and keep aside to cool down.
Combine the plain flour and 1Tbsp of water in a bowl and mix well.
Now take the spring roll wrapper.Make sure that the wrappers are at room temperature before using them.
Place 1 tbsp of the paneer stuffing at one corner of the spring roll sheet .
Roll it up tightly starting from the end where the filling is placed to make a cigar.
Seal the edge of the spring roll sheet using a little of the plain flour water paste .
Repeat for the remaining sheets and dilking to make cigars.
Preheat airfryer at 200*c for 5 minutes.
Place prepared cigars into the air fryer basket and brush with little oil.
Cook cigars in airfryer for 10 minutes or until they are crisp and golden.
Serve hot with the dip of your choice.
