Ingredients

  • Boiled rajma 1 cup


  • Grated gourd(lauki) 1cup


  • Gram flour 2 tablespoon


  • Salt 1 teaspoon


  • Chilly flakes 1/2 teaspoon


  • dhania powder 1 teaspoon


  • Rajma masala 1 teaspoon


  • Oil for frying 1/2 litre


  • Peanuts 1/2 tablespoon

Directions

  • First roast peanut till golden brown and then grind it coarsely.
  • Now add all ingredients in a deep bowl except oil.
  • Start mashing rajma with your hands and Keep mixing all ingredients.
  • No need to add extra water because lauki releases juice.
  • While mashing , soon mixture becomes like a dough.
  • Now heat oil in a deep pan.
  • Make rolls from ready dough .
  • Deep fry ready rolls till they become golden and crisp.
  • Serve healthy and yummy rajma rolls with any sauce or chutney.
