Ingredients

  • Boiled rajma 1 cup

  • Grated gourd(lauki) 1cup

  • Gram flour 2 tablespoon

  • Salt 1 teaspoon

  • Chilly flakes 1/2 teaspoon

  • dhania powder 1 teaspoon

  • Rajma masala 1 teaspoon

  • Oil for frying 1/2 litre

  • Peanuts 1/2 tablespoon

Directions

    First roast peanut till golden brown and then grind it coarsely.

    Now add all ingredients in a deep bowl except oil.

    Start mashing rajma with your hands and Keep mixing all ingredients.

    No need to add extra water because lauki releases juice.

  • 05

    While mashing , soon mixture becomes like a dough.

    Now heat oil in a deep pan.

  • 07

    Make rolls from ready dough .

  • 08

    Deep fry ready rolls till they become golden and crisp.

  • 09

    Serve healthy and yummy rajma rolls with any sauce or chutney.
