First wash and soak rajma or kidney beans in sufficient water for 4-5 hrs or overnight.
Next morning drain the water and in a Pressure cooker add soaked beans and 2 cups water and 1 tsp salt.
Pressure Cook it for 6-8 whistles.
After that take out the boiled rajma.
In same pressure cooker hest up oil and add Chopped Onions.
When onions turns brown add rajma masala and mix well.
Add tomato, Green Chilly, garlic, ginger paste.
Mix well. Add remaining salt and all dry spices and cook till oil separates.
Now add rajma along with water and mix well.
Cover with the lid and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
Garma garam Rajma Masala Is ready to serve.
