Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 2 cup besan


  • 4 onion finely chopped


  • 1 tometo chopped


  • 1 tsp poppy seeds


  • 2 green chilli chopped


  • 1 cup coriander leaves chopped


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1/4 turmric pwd


  • 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp coriander seeds and anardana seeds


  • 1pinch baking soda


  • 4 tb sp Oil for frying

Directions

  • First take a bowl put besan
  • Add onion chopped,tometo,coriander leaves,
  • Mix well
  • Add green chilli ,red chilli pwd turmric pwd and salt
  • Add corinder seeds and dadm(anardana seeds) seed and poppy seed
  • Add water make a better pakoda
  • Add 1 tbsp hot oil
  • Put a pinch of soda
  • Mix well it
  • Now take a pan heat oil
  • Put some better of pakoda in big size
  • Fry it kaccha paccha
  • Take off the pakoda
  • Cut it into small pieces
  • Agein deep fry pakoda
  • Till crispy fry it
  • Sindhi pakoda is ready
  • Enjoy hot with bread ,puri ,tometo sauce or green chutney
