Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 2 cup besan

  • 4 onion finely chopped

  • 1 tometo chopped

  • 1 tsp poppy seeds

  • 2 green chilli chopped

  • 1 cup coriander leaves chopped

  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd

  • 1/4 turmric pwd

  • 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp coriander seeds and anardana seeds

  • 1pinch baking soda

  • 4 tb sp Oil for frying

Directions

    First take a bowl put besan

    Add onion chopped,tometo,coriander leaves,

    Mix well

    Add green chilli ,red chilli pwd turmric pwd and salt

    Add corinder seeds and dadm(anardana seeds) seed and poppy seed

    Add water make a better pakoda

  • 07

    Add 1 tbsp hot oil

    Put a pinch of soda

    Mix well it

    Now take a pan heat oil

    Put some better of pakoda in big size

    Fry it kaccha paccha

    Take off the pakoda

    Cut it into small pieces

    Agein deep fry pakoda

    Till crispy fry it

    Sindhi pakoda is ready

    Enjoy hot with bread ,puri ,tometo sauce or green chutney
