Ingredients

  • Kidney beans 1/2 cup


  • All purpose flour 1 cup


  • Semolina 1/4 cup


  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon


  • Asafoetida 1 teaspoon


  • Fine chopped onions 1/2 cup


  • Chopped green chillies 4


  • Maggie masala-e- magic 1 teaspoon


  • Everest Rajma Masala 2 teaspoons


  • Refined oil for frying 1 cup


  • Oil for dough 2 tablespoons


  • Salt to taste 1/4 teaspoons

Directions

  • Take a wok and heat 2 tablespoons oil
  • Crackle cumin seeds and add asafoetida
  • Then add fine chopped onions and fry it well.
  • Then add maggie masala-e-magic, Everest Rajma Masala, Boiled kidney beans and 2 chopped green chillies and mix it all well. Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool.
  • Now take all purpose flour, semolina, salt ,water and refined oil to make a fine dough and leave aside for 10 minutes.
  • Now add fresh corriander leaves and 2 chopped green chillies into the onion mixture.
  • Now make a big puri from the dough, and cut it into two equal round shape with the help of biscuit cutter or katori.
  • Take one round puri and fill the center with the onion mixture and cover it with another. Press the corners with the help of fork.
  • Gently fry the kachoris on medium flame.
  • Serve hot.
