Take a wok and heat 2 tablespoons oil
Crackle cumin seeds and add asafoetida
Then add fine chopped onions and fry it well.
Then add maggie masala-e-magic, Everest Rajma Masala, Boiled kidney beans and 2 chopped green chillies and mix it all well. Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool.
Now take all purpose flour, semolina, salt ,water and refined oil to make a fine dough and leave aside for 10 minutes.
Now add fresh corriander leaves and 2 chopped green chillies into the onion mixture.
Now make a big puri from the dough, and cut it into two equal round shape with the help of biscuit cutter or katori.
Take one round puri and fill the center with the onion mixture and cover it with another. Press the corners with the help of fork.
Gently fry the kachoris on medium flame.
Serve hot.
