Ingredients

Serves 21

  • Boiled Kidney beans 2 cups

  • Boiled potatoes 2

  • Everest Garam Masala 1 teaspoon

  • Everest rajma masala 1/2 teaspoon

  • red chilli 1/2 powder teaspoon

  • salt according to taste approximately 1/2 - 1 teaspoon

  • bread slices 1 or 2

  • bread crumbs 1 tablespoon

Directions

    first of all take all the ingredients

  • 02

    mix well all the above mentioned ingredients properly

  • 03

    mix properly to form a dough like consistency

  • 04

    now prepare kebabs or give them shape of patties or cutlets and coat them in bread crumbs

  • 05

    heat sufficient oil on non stick Pan and Shallow fry all the kababs till golden brown and done from both the sides

  • 06

    Garnish as you wish and serve hot immediately with tomato sauce or green chutney and enjoy endlessly
