SoAK the Rajma and Kaali Dal for 8 hours then wash them nicely and add them in a pressure cooker add 1 tsp salt and 2 glasses of water close the cooker and let it cook for 8 whistles on high heat
Now in a grinder add onions Ginger garlic paste and jeera and grind to a fine paste and keep aside
Now grind the tomatoes and keep aside
In a wok add oil then add onion paste
And fry it nicely till golden brown then add salt red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder and sabji masala and mix nicely now add cream and butter fry for a min then add tomato puree and let it cook till the oil separates keep stirring occasionally
Now add Rajma and Kaali Dal which are almost cooked and fry it nicely so that all the spices are mixed nicely fry for 5 mins
Don't throw the water left in the cooker as it has a lot of nutrients and taste now add this water to the wok to form a gravy add water to adjust the consistency bring it to boil then lower the flame cover it and let it cook for at least 10 mins let all the spices blend and mix nicely garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati or Rice
