Ingredients

  • 1 bowl Oats


  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1 carrot grated


  • 1 zucchini grated


  • 1 capsicum finely chopped


  • 1/2 bowl matar grinded


  • 2 tablespoonspoon Coriander leaves chopped


  • 1/2 bowl Paneer grated


  • 1 tablespoon Everest Rajma Masala


  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder


  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder


  • 2 tablespoon yoghurt


  • 1 tablespoon salt


  • 1 tablespoon oil

Directions

  • Divide oats and wheat flour in three parts.
  • In one part add wheat flour, Oats, zucchini, capsicum, matar, Red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt.
  • Mix all ingredients and give the round shapes.
  • In second part add wheat flour, Oats, carrot, Red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt.
  • Mix all ingredients and give the round shapes.
  • In third part add wheat flour, oats, paneer, yoghurt, Red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt.
  • Mix all ingredients and give the round shapes.
  • Then take nonstick pan and add oil and put all Kebabs and swallow fry it.
  • Then served with any Chutney or sauce.
