  • Vinegar...1tspn


  • Sugar...1tspn


  • Water4...cup


  • For Kofta...Grated cauliflower...2cup


  • Boiled potato...1


  • Red chilli powder...1tspn


  • Turmeric powder....1tspn


  • Cumin powder...1tspn


  • Coriander powder....1tspn


  • Garam masala...1/2tspn


  • Green chilli paste...2tspn


  • Kasuri methi...2tspn


  • Coriander leaves....5tspn


  • Oil...1/2cup(try to use less quantity)


  • Ghee...2tspn


  • Salt...2tspn


  • Cashew nuts...10


  • Poppy seeds...1tspn

Directions

  • Boil milk & add vinegar to make paneer
  • Drain out excess water & let it dry for 15 minutes.
  • Add a pinch of turmeric powder & mash the paneer well.Make small balls from paneer.
  • Boil water with 1 tspn sugar & add all paneer balls to make rasgulla.
  • After 10 mins switch off the flame & keep aside.
  • Make a paste of cashew nuts & poppy seeds.
  • Now in a large bowl, mix grated cauliflower, boiled mashed potato, all spices, kasuri methi & coriander leaves.
  • Add flour & mash it well.
  • Take some mixture, put one rasgullA in it & seal it carefully without any crack.
  • Deep fry the koftas.
  • Now for gravy heat 2tspn ghee & add kasuri methi.
  • Feel the aroma & add onion & ginger garluc paste.Saute it for a while.
  • Add cashew_poppy seeds paste, all spices & fresh malai.Mix it well.
  • Add 1 cup of milk & stir it constantly.
  • Add some water to make gravy.If u like u can add only milk.
  • Cover it & let it cook.
  • When gravy will ready ,add coriander leaves, ghee & cook it for more 5 mins.
  • Now take a plate, place the koftas & pour the gravy over it.
  • Decorate with extra rasgulla & green chillis. Fresh cream also can be used.
  • Serve it with parantha or roti.
