first of all wash properly kidney beans and soak in sufficient water for 5 to 6 hours
after 5 to 6 hours, add salt to soak rajma and pressure cook it for 5 to 6 whistle
rajma should be soft enough, press it gently to check
now take 1 to 2 tablespoon of oil in a heavy bottom pan and add jeera
immediately add onion paste and ginger garlic paste and saute' till oil separates
now add tomato paste , turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and saute' for sometime
now at 1 - 2 teaspoon of Everest rajma masala and mix well
add boiled rajma or kidney beans to the masala and mix well
add some water to adjust the consistency
As per taste, add some salt again to adjust the taste
now cook rajma masala , covered for next 5 to 10 minutes on low heat and it is ready to serve
garnish with some green chillies and coriander and serve hot with steamed rice, phulka, Chapati or paratha
