Ingredients

  • Rajma 11/2 cup


  • Onion 3


  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp


  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp


  • Coriander powder 11/2 tsp


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Cream or malai 1 tbsp


  • Everest rajma masala 1 tbsp


  • Bay leaves 2


  • Black pepper 2


  • Cinnamon stick 1


  • Tomato 2


  • Oil 2 tbsp


  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp

Directions

  • Soak rajma for 6 hours.grate or grind onion tomato ginger garlic separately
  • Boil rajma in cooker after 6 hours
  • In a pan heat oil crackle cumin seeds bay leaves cinnamon stick black pepper cloves
  • Saute onion
  • Now add all spices salt rajma masala in it
  • Add ginger garlic paste and tomato in it and saute
  • Add boiled rajma in it and mix nicely
  • Now add water and let it cook completely.garnish with coriander leaves
  • Add cream or malai over it enjoy delicious rajma .
