Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rajma


  • 2 tbsp chana dal


  • 2 tbsp black urad dal


  • 10 garlic chopped


  • 2 chopped onion


  • 3 chopped tomato


  • 2 chopped green chilly


  • 1 tsp everest rajma masala


  • 1/2 tsp rajma masala


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 6 cups water


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

Directions

  • Soak rajma / red kidney beans,gram lentil /chana dal and black urad dal / lentil.After six hours strain the water.Pressure cook lentil / dal.After 3 - 4 whistle switch off the gas.Heat oil in a pan. Heat oil in a pan.Add garlic cloves and saute for one mins.Add chopped onion and saute for 3 - 4 mins.Add chopped tomatoes,green chilly and cook well.Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder ,everest rajma masala and salt and mix well.Add lentil / dal and cook 10 mins in a low flame.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
