Parboiled kidney beans : 1 bowl
Carrot in julliens : 1/2cup
Cabbage in julliens : 1/2cup
Boiled chowmein : 1cup
Salt & chilly 1 teaspoon each
Soya sauce : 1/3tspn
Chilly sauce :1/2tspn
Vinegar : 1tspn
Green stalks of Spring onion : 1tbspn
Refined Flour :2/3cup 1 tablespoon
Corn Flour : 1/3cup
Oil for deep frying 1/2 litre
Onion slices : 1/2cup
Water 1/2 cup
Take both flours and 1teaspoon salt to make semi liquid paste.Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
Now make thin sheets of this liquid on non stick tawa by brushing oil & keep aside.Semi cook the sheets and keep aside to cool.
Take oil in pan and saute onion till transparent. Now add all veggies and kidney beans following all sauces ,salt and chilly.
Dont overcook. Filling is ready. Switch off the flame .
Now make thick slurry of 3 tablespoons of refined flour with 1 tablespoon of water.
Now take Spring Roll sheets and fill with filling. Seal edges with slurry and deep fry till golden brown.
