Firstly Cut and fry all the veges one by one except for paneer ..
In other pan heat 4 tbsp mustard oil put all the dry masalas
add gg and green chilli paste and saute till it leave aroms
Now add onion and saute til oil seperates
Now add all the fried vege and paneer and stir well
cook for few mins then add tomato puree and kolhapure masala
cook on low flame for 10 mins or till oil seperate
...garnish with kashmiri mirch and coriander and enjoy hot with nan or chappaites .
