Firstly boil the pulses with less water give 2 whistle only.
Coarsely grind garlic & chillies.
Now heat oil in a pan n saute gg paste.
Now add onion & saute till light brown.
Now add all the dry spices curry leaves n stir well.
Cook on low flame for 2_3 mins.
Now add the tomato pureen let it cook nicely on low flame till oil seperates.
Roast it well
Now add the sprouts and let it cook till you get a dry consistency.
If want gravy then adjust by adding sum water.
