Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 3_4 boil & grate potatoes

  • 200 gms mutter boil & mash

  • 1/2 bunch blanched palak

  • 1 tbsp chat masala

  • 2 tbsp sabji masala

  • 2 tbsp cornflour

  • 2 tbso garlic & green chiili paste

  • 1/4 cup coriander

  • 2 tsp salt

Directions

    Firstly Squeeze out excess water from spinach and chop finely.

  • 02

    Now mix all the above ings.

  • 03

    Divide the mixture into 15_20 balls equally. Flaten them between your palm to give the shape of kebabs.

  • 04

    Keep them in fridge for an hour .

  • 05

    Heat oil in a kadhai n deep fry. Serve hot with green chutney.
