In a wok,heat oil. Add ginger garlic paste.saute till pink.
Add onions.again saute till pink.
Now add tomato puree,green chillies and all spices.
Cook till oil leaves the sides.
Add chopped mushrooms.Cover and cook it on sim for 10 mins.
Lastly add fresh cream.Adjust the consistency with the help of milk.
Finally add kasoori methi.
Serve hot with roti or parantha.
