Ingredients

  • 500 gms brinjal

  • 2 big head garlics

  • 1 cup mustard oil

  • 2 tbsp red chilli powder

  • 2 tbsp aachari masala

  • 1 tbsp haldi

  • 4 _5 tbsp salt

Directions

    Wash brinjal and give a cut in sign now boil the baigan give 3-4 boil and off the flame ..put in a strainer and let it cool for 1 hour..

    Till then make a paste of garlic and mustard seeds add all the spices salt red chilli powder and haldi pickle masala mix it well

    Add mustard oil mix well. now that your brinjal are cooled.

    Fill the masala in baigan and put in a glass jar

    put 2 tbsp mustard oil in a jar and shake it .. it will be ready to eat after 2_3 days days .....

    Self life 18_20 days at room temperature.
