Ingredients

  • sabut urad dal 1 cups

  • rajma 1/2 cups

  • chana dal 1/2 cups

  • onion paste 1 nos

  • ginger and 2-3 cloves garlic paste 1 inch

  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • dry kasuri meethi 1 tbsp

  • Everest Rajma Masala 1 tbsp

  • butter 3 tbsp

  • cream 2 tbsp

Directions

    Soak the urad dal, chana dal and rajma in enough water for 4 hours.

    Then drain and then add them in a pressure cooker, add 4 cups water, salt, turmeric powder and pressure cook on medium flame for 5 whistles.

    Then take pan add butter heat it then add cumin seeds spluter them.

  • 04

    Now add paste, red chilli powder, Coriander powder and saute till oil seprated.

    Then add boiled Rajma. Then simmer the flame and cooked for 2 min.

    After that add fresh cream and kasuri meethi.

    Served with Rice and roti.
