Ingredients

  • 1 cups sabut urad dal


  • 1/2 cups rajma


  • 1/2 cups chana dal


  • 1 nos onion paste


  • 1 inch ginger and 2-3 cloves garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp dry kasuri meethi


  • 1 tbsp everest rajma masala


  • 3 tbsp butter


  • 2 tbsp cream

Directions

  • Soak the urad dal, chana dal and rajma in enough water for 4 hours.
  • Then drain and then add them in a pressure cooker, add 4 cups water, salt, turmeric powder and pressure cook on medium flame for 5 whistles.
  • Then take pan add butter heat it then add cumin seeds spluter them.
  • Now add paste, red chilli powder, Coriander powder and saute till oil seprated.
  • Then add boiled Rajma. Then simmer the flame and cooked for 2 min.
  • After that add fresh cream and kasuri meethi.
  • Served with Rice and roti.
