Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 400 gram Kashmiri red rajma


  • 2 onions


  • 4 tomatoes


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 4 garlic cloves 2 tablespoons ghee 1 teaspoon cumin seeds


  • 2 dry red chillies


  • 2 teaspoons salt


  • 1 teaspoon red pepper powder


  • 2 teaspoons everest rajma masala


  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala


  • 2 tablespoons curd


  • 1 tablespoon Green coriander leaves for garnishing

Directions

  • Wash and soak rajma for atleast 6 hours
  • Now boil adding 3 glasses of water and salt till soft
  • Now put a vok on medium heat
  • Add ghee in it
  • Add cumin seeds
  • Add chopped onion, garlic and ginger
  • Roast till brown
  • Add tomatoes pureed
  • Add all the spices
  • Stir well
  • Add beaten curd
  • Turn off the flame
  • Now add this masala mix in boiled rajma
  • Cook more for 5 minutes
  • Now it's ready to serve with roti or rice
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
