Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 400 gram Kashmiri red rajma

  • 2 onions

  • 4 tomatoes

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 4 garlic cloves 2 tablespoons ghee 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

  • 2 dry red chillies

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper powder

  • 2 teaspoons everest rajma masala

  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

  • 2 tablespoons curd

  • 1 tablespoon Green coriander leaves for garnishing

Directions

    Wash and soak rajma for atleast 6 hours

    Now boil adding 3 glasses of water and salt till soft

  • 03

    Now put a vok on medium heat

  • 04

    Add ghee in it

    Add cumin seeds

    Add chopped onion, garlic and ginger

    Roast till brown

  • 08

    Add tomatoes pureed

    Add all the spices

    Stir well

    Add beaten curd

    Turn off the flame

    Now add this masala mix in boiled rajma

    Cook more for 5 minutes

    Now it's ready to serve with roti or rice

    Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
