Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup Rajma


  • 1/2 cup onion paste


  • 1 cup tomato pury


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon red chilly paste


  • 1 teaspoon cumin_coriender powder


  • 1 teaspoon rajma masala


  • 1/2 teaspoon turmaric powder


  • 2 tablespoon oil


  • 1 teaspoon garlic,ginger paste


  • 1/4 teaspoon asafetida


  • 1/2 teaspoon mustrd cumin seeds


  • 1 cup boiled rice for serving


  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriender

Directions

  • Soak rajma overnight in water
  • In a pressure cooker add soaked rajma and water,and pinch salt and make 5_6 whistle
  • In a pan add oil,heat it
  • Add mustard and cumin seeds,asafetida and ginger garlic paste
  • Add onion paste and cook for 5 min.
  • Then add tomato putt and cook for 5 min.
  • Then add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,rajma masala,cumin_coriander powder and mix well
  • Then add boiled Rahman,salt and mix well
  • Then add 1 cup of water and let it boil for 5 min.
  • Then serve it in serving dish with plain rice and garnish with chopped coriander
