Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Kidney beans 1 cup


  • Fine chopped onions 2


  • Fine chopped green chillies 5


  • Gratted ginger 1 tablespoon


  • Cloves 5


  • Black cardamom 2


  • Green cardamom 4


  • Black pepper 10-12


  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon


  • Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon


  • Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon


  • Everest Rajma Masala 2 teaspoons


  • Salt to taste 1/4 teaspoons

Directions

  • Soak the kidney beans in water overnight.
  • Cook them in pressure cooker
  • Once cooked, let it cool.
  • Now take the cooked kidney beans in a bowl and add all the other ingredients.
  • Mix it all well, and make a fine dough out of it.
  • Grease palms and faltten the dough. On a non stick pan on a low flame cook the kebaabs.
  • Your kabbas are now ready, serve them hot with mint chutney or corriander tomato chutney.
