Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 packet of Hakka Noodles


  • 1/2 cup shredded csrrot


  • 1/2 shredded cabbage


  • 1/2 Shredded capsicum


  • 1/2 shredded onion


  • 1 Julian of Green Chilli


  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste


  • 2 tbsp Tandoori Masala


  • 1 tsp curd


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp Salt as per taste


  • Water 200ml

Directions

  • Cook noodles according to the pack instruction
  • Drain the noodle's thoroughly
  • Whisk the tandoori masala,ginger garlic paste into the curd
  • Coat the noodle's in the marinade , atleast for 30 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in large frying pan, then stir fry carrot, cabbages,onion and capsicum and green chilli Julianover a high heat for 2-3 minutes
  • Add the marinated noodles to the frying pan and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  • Divide between individual plates and serve immediately
