Chicken - 500 grams
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Garlic crushed - 1 teaspoon
Slices onion in rings - 2
Curd - 100 ml
Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice -2 tablespoons
Turmeric powder -1 teaspoon
Mustard oil -100 ml
Ghee -2 tablespoons
Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon
Cashew nuts paste - 2 tablespoons
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves chopped - 1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon tandoori chicken masala
1 tablespoon salt
Firstly wash chicken then marinate it.
Then mustard oil, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, salt, masala powder and Mixed it properly and keep aside for 1 hours.
After take the cooker add oil heat it then add cumin seeds crackle them then add bay leaves, cinnamon.
After that add onion rings and saute till golden brown then add ginger paste, crushed garlic saute for 2 minutes.
Then add marinated chicken and saute it, then add tomato paste, curd and saute for 5 minutes then add 1 glass water and cook it until oil seprated.
Then add tandoori chicken masala, cashew paste, black pepper, chopped coriander and saute for 2 minutes then cover the lid and cooked for 10 minutes on low flame.
After that add ghee and served with chapati and naan. You also loved it with rice.
