Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 100gm rose flowers,1/2 liter water,200gm sugar, pinch cinnamon stick, 1-3cloves , pinch yeast

Directions

  • Wash the rose flowers. Boil the rose flowers in a vessel with 1/2 liter of water for 10 minutes.
  • The water and the petals can be separated,and allow to cool.
  • Take 1/2glass of hot water and add a pinch of yeast into hot water.
  • After cooling the rose water, add 200gm sugar and yeast and stir the mix well. At last add a piece of Cinnamon stick and 1-3cloves.
  • Keep the wine in a airtight container. Stir the wine everyday. Keep it minimum 30 days before use. Thank you
