Cut paneer in cubes medium size
Sprinkle pepper and garlic ginger paste 1 tsb and mix it
Sprinkle 1 tsp maida on it so that pepper and paste remain with paneer. Keep it for 10 min.
Cut onions and capsicum in large pieces. Cut Green chilli and garlic in small pieces
Heat 2 tsb olive oil in pan. Add garlic if you want you can add ginger also with garlic. Then add onions green chilli capsicum.
Heat till colour of onions change. Add soya, green chilli, red chilli, tomato sauce on low flame.
Add 1/2 cup water for thick gravy and 1 and 1/2 cup for more gravy. Add vinegar in last.
In other pan you have to fry paneer. Make mixtures of maida and corn flour with water. Dip paneer cubes in mixture and fry it till the paneer becomes brown.
Mix paneer in 1st pan and heat for 2-3 minutes and mix well. Delicious Chilli paneer is ready to serve.
