Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • For kofta ___500 grams greated loki


  • 1/2 cup cheakpea flour


  • 2 tablespoon ginger,garlic paste


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds


  • 1 teaspoon red chilly powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon turmaric powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala 2 cup oil for fry kofta


  • For gravy_1 cup onion pury


  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste


  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste


  • 2 cup tomato pury


  • 10 keshew 2 tablespoon melon seeds(crushed)


  • 1/2 teaspoon turmaric


  • 1 tablespoon red chilly powder


  • 1 tablespoon kitchen king masala


  • 1 tablespoon dry fenugreek leaves


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriender


  • 2 cup water2 tablespoon oil 2 tablespoon butter1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 tablespoon cumin_coriender powder

Directions

  • Drain the water of greatest Loki with hand
  • In a mixing bowl add Loki,salt,ginger,red chilly,garlic,cheakpea flour,Carol seeds,turmeric powder,garam masala and make lumpy batter,make small sized balls and deep fry in hot oil,till crispy
  • In a pan add 2 tablespoon oil,2 tablespoon butter
  • Heat it
  • Add cumin seeds,and onions paste,and ginger,garlic paste and cook for 5 min.
  • Then add tomato purry and fenugreek leaves
  • Cook for 5 min.till oil and butter come out
  • Now add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,kitchen king masala,cumin_coriander powder,
  • Now add keshew_melon seeds powder and mix well
  • Now add 2 cup water,salt and let it boil
  • Now add fried kofta and cover the lid and cook for5 min.
  • Now serve it in serving dish and garnish with chopped coriander
