Ingredients

Serves 4

  • cauliflower 1/2 kg

  • Soy Sauce 2tsp

  • pepper powder 1tsp

  • chilly powder 1 tsp

  • Yogurt 3tbsp

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • cornflour 2tsp

  • oil 6 tbsp

  • chilly sauce 1 tsp

  • Vinegar 1 tsp

  • Green Chillies 3 finely chopped

  • onions 1 cut

  • Capsicum 1/2 cut

  • ginger garlic paste 1tsp

  • spring onions 3 stems

Directions

    Clean Cauliflower and cut properly

  • 02

    Mix all ingredients for the marinate and make a thick paste

  • 03

    Let cauliflower marinate for atleast 1 hour

  • 04

    Now mix cornflour with the marinated cauliflower and mix the pieces well amd Deep fry the pieces

    Un another pan heat 2 tbsp oil and add ginger garlic paste. Add onions and capsicum and cook fpr 1 min in low flame

    Meanwhile make a mix of soya sauce, vinegar, chilly sauce and pour it inyo the pan. Once it starts bubble add fried cauliflower into it.

    Bump up the flame to high for just a minute and turn it off.

    Garnish with Spring onions and serve hot
