1/2 kg chopped Tomatoes
2 chopped onion
1 cup milk
2 green chillies chopped
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon Sabzi masala
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon Kasturi methi
1 teaspoon meethi seeds
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon salt
Take kadhai put oil heat it then add meethi seeds spluter them.
After that add chopped onion and saute it.
Then add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, Sabzi masala, turmeric powder, salt saute for 1 minutes.
Then add tomatoes and green chillies and on sim gas cooked for 3 minutes.
After that add milk and Kasturi methi and in high flame cooked it.
Your sabzi is ready for enjoying with roti, Paratha.
