Ingredients

  • Mushrooms - 300gm Banana leaves / ARBI LEAVES 4


  • Mustard 1 spoon


  • Jeera - 1tsp


  • Ginger 1/2 inch


  • Garlic 5 6kali


  • Tomato 1


  • Onion - 2


  • Salt 1 tsp (AS YOUR TASTE)


  • Green chilli - 2-3


  • Mustard oil 2-3 tsp


  • Chopped veggies 1 cup (carrot, capsicum, n onion)


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • Pehele desi mushrooms wash kare
  • Banana / arbi ke patte ko bhi wash karke thoda garam kare (patton ko garam Karnes patta soft ho jayega)
  • Mustard paste banane ke liye mustered seeds jeera ginger, garlic and green chilli ko graind kare aur paste banaye
  • Ab ek mixing bowl me mushroom n mustard paste and salt, turmeric powder n little chopped veggies add kare n mustard oil mix kare
  • Ab sare banana leave ko oil grease karke mushroom mixture ko patta mai leke fold kare n thread se tight bandhe
  • Ab oven mai bake kare ya fir steaming kare
  • 10 minutes baad steamer se nikal ke ek iron tawa garam kare n sare mushroom potli ko tawa me rakh de aur cover karde 7-8 minutes dono side bake kare
  • Ab potli khol ke check kare hua ke nahi
  • Nahi hua tou 2-3 minutes aur bake kare
  • Ab usse garam garm rice ke saath maza le
