VeganPasta (Pasta Arrabiatta)

  • 2up pasta of your choice (vegan or gluten-free)

  • 1 tablespoon Oil

  • 1 tablespoon Garlic

  • 1 cup Onions

  • 1 tablespoon basil

  • 1 tablespoon spicy italian herb mix

  • 1 cup Tomato sauce

  • 4-5 cherry Tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon Sabji Masala

  • 1 cup Water


  • Heat oil in a pan. Add oil, garlic, and onion. Cook until onions are translucent and garlic is fragrant for a couple minutes.
  • Add diced tomatoes tomato sauce, basil and spicy Italian herb mix. Add in the pasta and water. Stir to combine and make sure pasta is submerged in liquid.
  • Cook for for 5-8 minutes. Cover it with lid.
  • Keep Stirring if required. Once done Switch off the heat.
  • Serve with dip or sauce of your choice.
