2up pasta of your choice (vegan or gluten-free)
1 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Garlic
1 cup Onions
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon spicy italian herb mix
1 cup Tomato sauce
4-5 cherry Tomatoes
1 teaspoon Sabji Masala
1 cup Water
Heat oil in a pan. Add oil, garlic, and onion. Cook until onions are translucent and garlic is fragrant for a couple minutes.
Add diced tomatoes tomato sauce, basil and spicy Italian herb mix. Add in the pasta and water. Stir to combine and make sure pasta is submerged in liquid.
Cook for for 5-8 minutes. Cover it with lid.
Keep Stirring if required. Once done Switch off the heat.
Serve with dip or sauce of your choice.
