Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 250 gms paneer

  • 2onions diced

  • 3 big tomatoes

  • 1.5tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 2green chillies chopped

  • 1/2tsp salt

  • 1/2tsp garam masala

  • 2tsp soaked cashews

  • 2tsp cream

  • 1/4th cup milk

  • 1/2tsp paneer masala

  • 1tsp kasoori methi

  • 2tsp fresh coriander

  • 4-5tsp oil

Directions

    In kadai, heat oil.add ginger garlic paste and saute till pink.

    Now add diced onions.cook till they turn to golden brown color.

    In a mixie jar,put ginger garlic paste,onions,raw chopped tomatoes ,green chillies and cashews.Grind them to a smooth paste with the help of milk.

    Again in the same kadai,pour this paste and add all the spices.cook till oil leaves the sides.

    Add cream.Cook till you get nice color and aroma.

    Lastly add kasoori methi and paneer cut in cubes.

    Garnish with fresh coriander and some more cream😛

    Serve hot with roti or parantha.
