Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 300 gms cauliflower grated


  • 2 nos potatoes grated


  • 2 nos green pepper finely chopped


  • 2 tbsp cornflour


  • 4 tbsp besan


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 5-6 nos red tomatoes ings for gravy


  • 1 nos big onion


  • 4-5 nos green chillies


  • 10-12 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 tbsp khas khas


  • 2 tsp red chillipoiwder


  • 1 tsp turmeric


  • 1 tbsp dhania powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp pav bhaji madala


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 1/2 cups fresh milk


  • 1/2 cups curd


  • 1/4 cups mustard oil

Directions

  • Mix all the vege in a mixing bowl add salt and leave it for 5 mins..
  • Now remove the excess water by pressing it between your palm from the veges.
  • add the remaining ings and mix it well to make a dough
  • Now make small size balls and deep fry on medium flame
  • .the water that you extract from veges can be used for the gravy...
  • Process for gravyFirstly soak khas khas in 1/2cup water for 15_20 mins
  • Make a fine paste of onion tomatoes chilli garlic and khas khas...
  • now take a pan and heat mustard oil add all the dry masalas stir for a second and add the onion paste and cook well on low flame till it starts leaving oil
  • Now add curd milk and cream & again cook till the oil floats
  • Now add the extract water of the veges and adjust the gravy by adding more water if necessary.
  • Leave it on low flame after 1 boil.Let the gravy boil well on low flame for 10_12 mins
  • Off the flame ..serve hot with rotiswhile serving put koftas garnish with cream n coriander...
