Mix all the vege in a mixing bowl add salt and leave it for 5 mins..
Now remove the excess water by pressing it between your palm from the veges.
add the remaining ings and mix it well to make a dough
Now make small size balls and deep fry on medium flame
.the water that you extract from veges can be used for the gravy...
Process for gravyFirstly soak khas khas in 1/2cup water for 15_20 mins
Make a fine paste of onion tomatoes chilli garlic and khas khas...
now take a pan and heat mustard oil add all the dry masalas stir for a second and add the onion paste and cook well on low flame till it starts leaving oil
Now add curd milk and cream & again cook till the oil floats
Now add the extract water of the veges and adjust the gravy by adding more water if necessary.
Leave it on low flame after 1 boil.Let the gravy boil well on low flame for 10_12 mins
Off the flame ..serve hot with rotiswhile serving put koftas garnish with cream n coriander...
