Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1bowl roasted plain oats


  • 1bowl boiled moong daal


  • 1/2cup chopped vegetables of your choice(capsicum, carrot, beans)


  • 1tsp fresh cream


  • 1chopped onion


  • 3/4th tsp salt


  • 1/2tsp garam masala


  • 1/4th tsp amchur powder


  • 3-4tsp oil

Directions

  • Churn roasted oats to a smooth powder.
  • Now add al the ingredients 1 by 1 except oil.
  • Check the consistency.it should be soft and moist.
  • Make small size of balls.Give them a desired shape.
  • Shallow fry them in very less oil because it is a very healthy snack for munching.
  • Serve hot with chutney/sauce and onions.
