Firstly roast onion and tomatoes directly on the flame.
Let it cool.
Peel the tomatoez and chop both onion and tomatoes and keep aside
Now coarsely grind garlic and chillies.Now heat oil in a kadhai.
Add cumin seeds and when they start spilttering hing n then add onion and saute till transparent.
Now add ginger chilli paste.and saute it nicely.
Now add all the dry spices and keep stirring till oil seperates.
Add the tomatoes and curd and cook on low flame till tomatoes are completely mashed and mixed well.
Now add milk and again cook till milk evaporates
You get a thick consistency.Now put cheese and mix well.
Cook for 3_4 mins more on low flame.Off the flame .
Transfer it in a servung dish and serve hot with chappati or nan.
