Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 3hard boiled eggs


  • 2finely chopped onions


  • 2finely chopped tomatoes


  • 1green chilli chopped


  • 1tsp egg curry masala


  • 1/2tsp salt


  • 2tsp cream


  • 1/3rd tsp haldi


  • 1/2tsp kasoori methi


  • 4tsp oil


  • 1/2cup of milk


  • 3tsp Fresh coriander for garnishing

Directions

  • In a wok,heat oil and add chopped onions.
  • Saute till translucent.
  • Add green chilli and chopped tomatoes.
  • Add salt ,haldi,egg curry masala & cream .Saute till oil leaves the side.
  • Cut boiled eggs in 2 equal halves and put them in egg masala alongwith milk For rich gravy.
  • Cook for 1min and lastly add kasoori methi.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and Serve Hot.
