Put a vok on medium heat
Add half of the ghee
Roast cashews and makhane
Keep aside
Roughly chopped onion, tomatoes ,ginger and green chillies
Put ghee in a vok on medium heat
Add cumin seeds and chopped onions then tomatoes , ginger and green chillies
Let them soften
Now grind them into a smooth puree
Again transfer in a pot on heat
Add all the spices
Add malai and catch-up
Add 1 glass water
Now add paneer cubes , rakhane and cashews
Take a boil and turn off the flame
Garnish with pistachios and green coriander leaves
Serve hot with butter naan
