  • 2 onions 4 tomatoes 1 inch ginger 2 green chillies 200 gram paneer 1 cup makhane 2 tablespoons cashews 1 tablespoons pistachios 2 tablespoons fresh cream or malai 2 teaspoon tomato catch-up 2 tablespoon ghee 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon kashmiri red pepper powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

    Put a vok on medium heat Add half of the ghee Roast cashews and makhane Keep aside Roughly chopped onion, tomatoes ,ginger and green chillies Put ghee in a vok on medium heat Add cumin seeds and chopped onions then tomatoes , ginger and green chillies Let them soften Now grind them into a smooth puree Again transfer in a pot on heat Add all the spices Add malai and catch-up Add 1 glass water Now add paneer cubes , rakhane and cashews Take a boil and turn off the flame Garnish with pistachios and green coriander leaves Serve hot with butter naan
