Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 1 glass boiled rice.

  • 1onion thinely sliced

  • 1 onion finely chopped

  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1.5tsp biryani masala

  • 1/2kg chicken

  • 1/4th tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/2tsp sukha dhaniya powder

  • 3-4green chillies chopped

  • 2tsp lemon juice

  • 1/4th tsp of red color

  • 1tej patta

  • 1laung

  • 8-10 black pepper corns

Directions

    In a cooker,add washed chicken, finely chopped onion,1/2tsp salt,red chilli powder and sukha dhaniya powder

  • 02

    Cook it for 1 whistle on high and 15- 20 mins on sim.

    In a kadai, put 3tbsp of oil with whole garam masala.

    Now add thinely sliced onion and saute till golden in color.

    Now Add boiled chicken along with stock and green chillies.

    Let the chicken roast on high till al the stock dries up.

    Add salt to taste,biryani masala and 1/2tsp garam masala.Toss nicely.

    Lastly add boiled rice.

    Mix lemon juice with color.pour it over rice and toss very generously.

    Serve hot with green chutney and onions
