Ingredients

  • Bottle gourd 1/2 kilogram

  • Everest Sambhar masala 1-2 teaspoon

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon

  • Jeera 1/2 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • turmeric powder 1/4 th teaspoon

  • Salt 1/2 - 1 teaspoon

  • jaggery /gud 1/2 teaspoon

  • Curry leaves 5-10

Directions

    first of all wash bottle gourd peel off and chop it finally

  • 02

    now heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and jeera

  • 03

    Add curry leaves , turmeric powder , red chilli powder and chopped bottle gourd

  • 04

    Add salt according to taste , mix well and cook covered for next 5 minutes

  • 05

    now add Everest Sambhar masala to sabji

  • 06

    add half cup of chopped tomato and jaggery to the sabji mix well and cook uncovered for next few minutes

  • 07

    Sambhari Lauki or dudhi is ready to serve
