In a pan add oil heat it
Add ginger chilly garlic paste
Add sliced onions and cook for 2 min.
Then add capsicum,carrot,cabbage
Add salt and cook for 2 min.
Then add 2 cup water
Then add soya sauce,chilly sauce,ketchup
Let it boil
Then add cornflour slurry
Let it boil 5_7 min.
Then serve it in serving dish and garnish with chopped spring onions and fried noodles
