grind all ingredients mentioned under chutney section keep scraping the sides while grinding keep this aside
In a bowl beat half cup curd and little salt and mix well .Add poha and half cup water to the curd , mix well .keep it aside
heat 1 tablespoon oil add semolina and turmeric saute until fragrant
Beat the remaining curd. Add poha mixture and beaten curd to semolina with one fourth Cup water and salt , mix all the ingredients well. Now add green chillies , sugar and keep sauteing until the mixture completely leaves the sides. Finally add lemon juice and mix well and switch off
grease a square dish.Add the Dhokla mixture to the dish. level evenly and allow to cool to set
heat the oil and splutter mustard seeds. add hing and switch off
Now add sesame seeds, green chillies to seasoning and mix well
Pour the seasoning on top of dhokla.
Garnish with grated coconut and coriander leaves. Cut in squares and serve with green chutney
